RAUM

is a living archive of the city.

We show how metropolises breathe: in the voices of people, in everyday places, in stories that otherwise would not be told. RAUM combines artistic staging with documentary depth—from city maps to barber chairs, from the macro level of urban structures to the micro experiences of individual biographies.

Our goal: to make urban realities visible – raw, poetic, and socially relevant.

Urbanity

Cities are constantly changing. They grow, they displace, they create new spaces for coexistence. RAUM observes this change, makes dynamics visible, and focuses on what is often overlooked: the invisible places that form the foundation of urban culture.

Identity

Migration, origin, belonging: our cities are fragments of stories. RAUM gives them shape by portraying people who live between cultures, milieus, and realities. Identity is not explained here, but experienced.

Reality

We show things as they are. Unfiltered, honest, approachable. No gloss, just the poetry of everyday life. RAUM is documentary, but never distant: we seek closeness, voices, and perspectives that answer social questions through personal stories.
